- I will be receiving my IOmega JAZ drive this coming Tuesday. As I prepare
- for it, I'm trying to figure out the best way to move my existing partitions
- from a 105MB Rodime to the JAZ.
-
- Backing up the system to tape will be the first step. I then need to
- boot up without my s:user-startup which makes a bunch of assigns to my
- external Rodime drive. Then using HDToolBox, I'll elminate one of the
- partitions - and recreate a new one by the same name on the JAZ. I'll
- need to repeat this for each partition.
-
- This appears to be the most logical approach; now the question - is there an
- easier way? My goal is to use the Rodime for Mac hard disk emulation for
- ShapeShifter.
